Shipping & Collection Information

The Florist at The Savoy

• For all Bouquets and most Vases, delivery is currently only available within a 25km radius of The Savoy with pricing calculated at checkout.
• For all Gifts, nationwide delivery is available.
  
• When collecting items, please visit The Florist at The Savoy, situated within The Savoy, Strand, WC2R 0EU.
• Pick-up is available Tuesday - Saturday from 12pm to 5pm.
• For any items to be Delivered to a Savoy Room, please use the 'notes box' to indicate the full name of the recipient who is staying. This will ensure the seamless delivery of the items to the room.
• Orders placed before 12pm will either be delivered or ready for collection in 2 working days.

Scoff

• Please note our Scones and Champagne Tea Sets are currently only available for collection. 
• When collecting items, please visit Scoff, situated within The Savoy, Strand, WC2R 0EU.
• Pick-up is available everyday from 12pm till 6pm.
• Orders placed before 12pm will be ready for collection by the next day. 
• Orders placed after 12pm will be ready for collection in 2 days.
